  • On depositing 5 percent Registration Amount of the Estimated Sale Price of the unit, and after remaining full payment within 45 days from the date of issuance of allotment letter, 6 percent discount will be applicable on 90 percent of the unit sale price of the property (excluding free-hold amount), 5 percent on full payment within 60 days, 4 percent on full payment within 75 days and 3 percent on full payment within 90 days. The discount shall not be deducted at allottee’s level while depositing the remaining amount. The discounted amount will be adjusted against other payable charges after final calculation by LDA.

 

  • नकद अग्रिम भुगतान विधि: इकाई के अनुमानित विक्रय मूल्य की 5 प्रतिशत पंजीकरण राशि जमा करने पर, तथा शेष सम्पूर्ण भुगतान आवंटन पत्र जारी होने की तिथि से 45 दिन के अन्दर करने पर, सम्पत्ति के इकाई विक्रय मूल्य के 90 प्रतिशत पर 6 प्रतिशत की छूट (फ्री-होल्ड राशि को छोड़कर), 60 दिन के अन्दर सम्पूर्ण भुगतान पर 5 प्रतिशत, 75 दिन के अन्दर सम्पूर्ण भुगतान पर 4 प्रतिशत तथा 90 दिन के अन्दर सम्पूर्ण भुगतान पर 3 प्रतिशत की छूट लागू होगी। शेष धनराशि जमा करते समय आवंटी के स्तर पर छूट की कटौती नहीं की जायेगी। छूट की गई धनराशि एलडीए द्वारा अन्तिम गणना के पश्चात अन्य देय शुल्कों में समायोजित कर ली जायेगी।

Hire Purchase

  • Hire Purchase Agreement Term: Under this Payment term, employees of Central Government, State Government, Local Bodies, Banks, Public Sector Undertakings, Jal Sansthan and all types of Government and Semi-Government departments will be required to deposit 10% of the estimated selling cost of the Flat as registration Amount. After the allotment letter is issued, the allotment amount i.e. 15% of the estimated cost of the flat, totalling 25% shall have to be deposited in the prescribed time period. The remaining 75% of the amount shall have to be deposited in monthly/quarterly instalments for a maximum period of 10 years on the request of the allottee. Applicants who do not fall under the category of employees of Central Government, State Government, Local Bodies, Banks, Public Sector Undertakings, Jal Vibhag and all types of Government and Semi-Government departments, such general applicants shall have to deposit 10 percent of the estimated sale cost of the Flat as registration amount, 25 percent of the estimated cost of the flat, total 35 percent, in the prescribed time period after issuance of allotment letter, and the remaining 65 percent amount shall have to be deposited on the request of the allottee in monthly / quarterly instalments in a maximum period of 10 years (Interest rate on instalments will be payable as per Clause No. 2.2).   • हायर परचेज अनुबन्ध पद्धति : इस पद्धति के अन्तर्गत केन्द्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार, स्थानीय निकाय, बैंक, सार्वजनिक उपक्रम, जल-संस्थान एवं समस्त प्रकार के सरकारी एवं अर्द्ध-सरकारी विभाग के कर्मचारियों को फ्लैट के अनुमानित विक्रय मूल्य का 10 प्रतिशत धनराशि पंजीकरण के मद में जमा करना होगा। आवंटन पत्र निर्गत होने के पश्चात निर्धारित तिथि में आवंटन धनराशि पलैट के अनुमानित मूल्य का 15 प्रतिशत कुल 25 प्रतिशत जमा करना होगा। तथा अवशेष 75 प्रतिशत धनराशि आवंटी के अनुरोध पर मासिक /त्रैमासिक किश्तों में अधिकतम 10 वर्ष में जमा करना होगा। ऐसे आवेदक जो केन्द्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार, स्थानीय निकाय, बैंक, सार्वजनिक उपक्रम, जल संस्थान एवं समस्त प्रकार के सरकारी एवं अर्द्ध-सरकारी विभाग के कर्मचारियों में नहीं आते है ऐसे सामान्य आवेदकों को फ्लैट के अनुमानित विकय मूल्य का 10 प्रतिशत धनराशि पंजीकरण व आवंटन पत्र निर्गत होने के पश्चात निर्धारित तिथि में आवंटन धनराशि फ्लैट यो अनुमानित मूल्य का 25 प्रतिशत कुल 35 प्रतिशत जमा करना होगा तथा अवशेष 65 प्रतिशत धनराशि आवंटी के अनुरोध पर मासिक / त्रैमासिक किश्तों में अधिकतम 10 वर्ष में जमा करना होगा। (किश्तों पर ब्याज दर बिंदु सं0-2.2 के अनुसार देय होगा|) किश्तों में देरी होने पर अतिरिक्त ब्याज देय होगा। (किराया खरीद भुगतान अवधि पर पूर्ण विवरण देखने के लिए एफसीएफएस नियमों और विनियमों के खंड संख्या 12 का संदर्भ लें |

New Rule

  • As per the decision taken in the 181st meeting of the Lucknow Development Authority Board dated 05 July 2024, item no. 181/27, for the allotment of flats constructed by the Authority (except EWS category), the restriction on income limit has been relaxed and the restriction on applicants purchasing more than one property and reservation has been abolished. In this way, the applicant can get allotment of more than one flat (except EWS category).

 

  • लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण बोर्ड की 181वीं बैठक दिनांक 05 जुलाई 2024 के मद सं0-181/27 में लिये गये निर्णयानुसार प्राधिकरण द्वारा निर्मित फ्लैटों के आवंटन हेतु (ई०डब्लू०एस श्रेणी को छोड़कर), आय सीमा के प्रतिबन्ध को शिथिल करते हुए आवेदकों को एक से अधिक सम्पत्ति क्रय किये जाने तथा आरक्षण के प्रतिबन्ध को समाप्त किया गया है। इस प्रकार आवेदक एक से अधिक फ्लैटो (ई०डब्लू०एस श्रेणी को छोड़कर) का आवंटन करा सकता है।
